Project Manager ERP Review and Implementation - 7742

Remote with possibility to travel into Olten for Stakeholder meetings

• Lead the initial review of the current ERP system used by Alpiq Finance, assessing its performance, risks, and long-term suitability.
• Coordinate and support a structured ERP study, including benchmarking and comparison of relevant market alternatives. (ongoing)
• Work closely with Finance, IT, Procurement, and to ensure a comprehensive evaluation process.
• Contribute to business case preparation and support decision-making for the future ERP direction (upgrade vs. replacement).
• In case of a decision in Q1 2026, participate in the early phase of implementation together with Finance, IT, and the external ERP implementation partner.
• Support project governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the review and implementation phases.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Monitor progress, milestones, and deliverables during both evaluation and implementation stages.

• Proven experience in ERP projects (evaluation, implementation, or major upgrades), ideally within Finance environments.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Solid understanding of Finance processes and ERP system capabilities. (SAP, Workday, Microsoft etc)
• Experience in vendor evaluation, RFP/RFQ processes, or technology selection is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Structured, analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into practical project outcomes.
• Fluent English;
