We’re looking for a Practice Lead CIAM (Customer Identity Access Management) to lead our Customer Identity capability—owning architecture, delivery, and strategic direction across platforms like Okta Customer Identity Cloud (Auth0), CIDAAS, and more.

• Lead the CIAM architecture practice
  —owning solution design and platform strategy
• Design secure, scalable, GDPR‑compliant identity solutions (B2C & B2B)
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on CIAM platform selection and architecture
• Run client workshops to define business, technical, and security requirements
• Mentor and grow a high‑performing identity team

• 8+ years in solution architecture
  , with strong CIAM/IAM focus
• Hands‑on experience with Okta CIC (Auth0) (or similar CIAM platforms)
• Strong knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, JWT
• Experience with real‑world CIAM use cases (MFA, SSO, social login, consent, lifecycle)
• Cloud expertise (
  AWS, Azure, or GCP
  )
• Coding experience (Java, Node.js, or Python) is a plus
• Fluent English;
  German is a strong advantage
