Stiftung Arkadis sucht ab dem 1. August 2026 eine/n Mitarbeiter/in Betreuung (60%) für die Unterstützung von Menschen mit schweren kognitiven Beeinträchtigungen. In einem wertschätzenden Arbeitsumfeld sammeln Sie praktische Erfahrungen, während Sie sich auf die Ausbildung zur Sozialpädagogin/zum Sozialpädagogen HF/FH ab 2027 vorbereiten.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Förderung der Bewohnenden, Bezugspersonenarbeit und die Teilnahme an administrativen Aufgaben. Ein freundlicher Umgang und Humor sind erwünscht.
