Technical Product Manager

We want a Technical Product Manager who pairs strong Continuous Learning skills with the judgment to know which questions are worth answering. The reward structure favors doers: $95,000 - $143,000 upfront, real business ownership, and a Cedars-Sinai team pulling the same direction.

• Pull the WA field team's reality into the planning room
• Shape the 6-year strategy without turning it into a slide museum
• Set guardrails so a full-time deal can move without a committee
• Build the pricing logic that a full-time sales rep can explain in one breath
• Reallocate spend toward whatever business channel is actually working
• Chase down why margin slipped and come back with a fix, not a theory
• Trace a complaint pattern back to the process that breeds it

• An Olympia network, or the hustle to build one from scratch
• Comfort being the newest person in the room and the loudest in the notes
• Willingness to relocate to Olympia, WA, or to make remote work
• Adaptability and resilience when facing shifting requirements
• Manager mastery of SQL, validated by people who'd hire you again
• Solid Continuous Learning grounding, plus Stress Management you can pick up on the fly
