• Salary Range : INR 2,40,000 to 3,00,000 per year

• Proven experience in CAD drawings

• Support the Contractor in project management and site supervision.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
• Assist in on-site inspections, ensuring construction work aligns with approved plans.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports, work schedules, and records of construction activities.
• Help in preparing and submitting reports on construction progress to Board of Directors
• Coordinate with architects and consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Assist in testing materials and ensuring the quality control of construction work.
• Participate in site meetings to discuss project status, issues, and next steps.
