We're hiring an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to lead residential and commercial floor coating projects from bid through completion. This role combines estimating accuracy with hands‑on field coordination.

• Estimate project costs for materials, labor, and equipment
• Manage schedules, crews, and subcontractors on‑site
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth delivery
• Track budgets, prepare reports, and maintain project documentation

• Experience managing and estimating floor coating or similar construction projects
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and crew coordination skills
