Senior Superintendent

$160000 - $180000 per year | Olympia, WA | On-site | Permanent

We’re a Pacific Northwest real estate developer and builder focused on multifamily communities. Our construction team is lean and hands-on, and our leaders work side by side with the field. We’re growing in the South Puget Sound and are building a team that stays together from one project to the next.

This is a long-term seat. You’ll finish a large garden-style community already well underway, then lead the next one nearby when it starts in the spring, with more growth planned in the area after that. That means no traveling, no gap between jobs, and a team that’s invested in keeping you. Base is $160K to $180K plus a 20% annual bonus and mileage reimbursement.

We’re hiring a Senior Superintendent to lead ground-up garden-style multifamily in the South Puget Sound. You’ll own the jobsite from schedule to safety to quality, lead the site team, and make sure every trade is set up to succeed. We want a leader who builds people up as well as buildings.

• Lead day-to-day field operations for all trades on site
• Produce and manage the 3-week look-ahead with the Project Manager and subs
• Run sub pre-construction meetings and weekly foreman’s meetings
• Oversee site improvements, including wet and dry utilities, against civil and architectural plans
• Write and route RFIs and see field issues through to resolution
• Keep daily reports and photo documentation current?
• Lead, train and develop assistant superintendents, carpenter foreman and laborers
• Drive safety, quality, budget and schedule from start through closeout and punch

• Lead superintendent on ground-up garden-style multifamily, 200+ units
• Strong civil background: excavation, grading, staking, cuts and fills, layout
• Reads blueprints and understands submittals, specs and take-offs
• Lives in or near the Tacoma, Puyallup or Olympia area
