Pacific Air Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a personable, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative with opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules in Olympia, WA.
This CSR position earns a competitive pay between $18.00 and $25.00 an hour with bonus opportunities

WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE?As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the center of our daily operations by answering and placing calls while warmly guiding customers. You will also spend time scheduling service, maintenance, and installation appointments. Additionally, you will be dispatching our service technicians to deliver fast, reliable solutions.
WHEN WILL YOU WORK?- Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
- Exceptional customer service skills

- Excels at keeping track of technicians' activities, keeping customers informed, and handling moderate stress
