- Provide customer service to the public, Licensing Services Offices, and DOL teams via phone and email.
- Ensure all customer records are up to date, including fraud and bankruptcy information.
- Process incoming Dishonored Payments from multiple channels such as returned checks from banks and failed online ACH transactions.
- Run Collection Reports to identify accounts for collections.
- Identify the appropriate debt collection company and upload required collection documents.
- Input restitutions that have been recovered by the collection agency into agency systems.
- One year of experience in accounting, auditing, or budgeting, or one year of higher education that includes 18 quarter or 12 semester hours of accounting, auditing, or budgeting.
- One year of experience providing customer service by listening attentively, identifying needs or issues, providing options for customers, and exercising knowledge of state laws and regulations to assist others.
- One year of experience conveying ideas and information in writing, using language that is appropriate to both the complexity of the topic and the knowledge and understanding of the reader.
- The ability to:

- Prior to a new hire, a background check including criminal record history will be conducted.
- The ability to work in office full time for an initial training period of six months at our Olympia location; telework may be an option after this period, but there will be in‑office requirements based on business needs.
