Gastro Health, a leading gastroenterology practice with 150 locations across seven states, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist to join our well-established and highly respected practice in Olympia, Washington. This is a rare opportunity for partnership in a thriving, physician-led group focused on delivering exceptional patient care in digestive and liver health.

High-Volume Practice with Strong Referral Base: 20+ years in the Olympia market
Physician-Led Group: Collaborative, supportive practice environment
Diverse Procedures & Subspecialties Available: ERCP, EUS, manometry, capsule endoscopy, hemorrhoid banding, abdominal trigger point injections, and more
Work-Life Balance: 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts)
Competitive Compensation: Base salary $400,000 - $450,000, with partnership track and ancillary revenue opportunities

Call Schedule: 1:10 call rotation for a balanced workload
Support Team: 9 board-certified gastroenterologists & 9 advanced practice providers
State-of-the-Art Endoscopy Center: Four-room facility with full CRNA MAC coverage & inline CO2
Hospital Affiliation: Single hospital, located just one block from the clinic
