In-Home Health - Physician (Per Diem) - Mount Vernon, WA

Overview:
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Per Diem Physician to provide in-home health evaluations and bridge gaps in care by engaging with people in the comfort of their homes.

Base pay range: $125.00/hr - $125.00/hr the actual pay will be based on your skills and experience; speak with your recruiter to learn more.

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and any additional diagnostic tests ordered by the health plan (e.g., diabetic eye exams, spirometry).
• Use an iPad with an intuitive clinical workflow for each evaluation; no prescribing, ordering labs, or altering current treatments unless directed.
• Build trusted relationships with patients to improve health outcomes and connect them with the right care for their unique needs.
• Travel locally and within licensed states as needed; conduct virtual visits when required.
• Provide Signify Health services as indicated, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (e.g., spirometry, bone density screening, DEE).

• Active, unrestricted MD or DO license in the coverage area; multi-state licenses preferred.
• Ability to cover primary locations:
  Pullman, WA and surrounding area.

• Anticipated weekly hours: 12

• Pay Range: $125.00 - $125.00
