Frontier Dermatology (FD) is seeking a full-time BC/BE Dermatologist to join our growing organization in our Olympia, WA location. This essential position offers an established practice (4 days/week) with an immediate patient load of 35 daily.

• Provide dermatology care as part of an established, physician-owned and physician-led practice.
• Practice four days per week with an immediate patient load of 35 daily.
• Deliver comprehensive dermatology services across general dermatology, pediatric dermatology, dermatopathology, Mohs surgery, cosmetic dermatology, and support a busy clinical research division.
• Collaborate with peers in a hybrid practice model that blends private practice and academic elements.
• Engage in teaching opportunities with ACGME-accredited residency and Mohs fellowship programs, with potential academic appointments at the University of Washington.
• Participate in monthly Grand Rounds, journal clubs, and use a HIPAA-compliant app for sharing clinical cases.

• Board-certified or board-eligible dermatologist (BC/BE).
• Ability to work in a physician-owned, physician-led practice with academic collaboration opportunities.

Estimated earnings range for 1.0 FTE at 32 patient-facing hours/week, 32 patients/day is $500,000 - $750,000 annually depending on patient, payer, and procedure mix.
