• Coordinate the work of design engineers with the balance of a multidisciplinary team throughout the entire project’s development.
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing, design, and production meetings.
• Assume technical lead within a project execution team.
• Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance.
• Conduct schematic, design development, and contract document work sessions at the project site in conjunction with the Project Manager and other disciplines.
• Coordinate workload throughout the project to complete deliverables on schedule.
• Work with the Project Manager and Project Controller on project reviews with management as needed.
• Direct the activities of other engineering professionals and act as a mentor to staff members as needed.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of distribution design experience.
• Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm.
• Experience with industry software including CYMCAP, ETAP, SKM, Easy Power, Polywater Pull Planner, PLS-CADD, Spida Calc, Pole Foreman, etc.
• Experience performing structural analysis, plan and profile preparation, line optimization, preparing specifications and drawings, and other engineering documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position (e.g., PE or P.Eng).
• Extensive experience in project execution within the Power Market Sector.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and standard Power Market Sector design software such as PLS CAD, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Auto Pipe, and Revit.
