Your work will support public health, environmental sustainability, and infrastructure resilience as we modernize systems and pursue innovative approaches.

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project’s lifecycle (from development & initiation to close-out).
• Oversee all aspects of large multidisciplinary projects or medium-sized projects with a high degree of technical complexity and a large project staff.
• Produce and coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
• Establish and maintain client relations, and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with other staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing and workload through the project life cycle; ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Track financial aspects of projects and adjust work effort to stay within budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews.
• Implement QA/QC procedures.
• Supervise large project staffs and mentor less-experienced Project Managers.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 10 years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license recognized by the licensing board for the position location.
• MS Office and MS Project experience (Access a plus).
• Demonstrated leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills.
• Commitment to active participation in our employee-owned culture.

• Master’s degree.
• PMP certification.
