Qualifications

    Senior HVAC Project Manager position in Yorba Linda, CA. Our PM group is growing, and we are adding additional top-notch Sr-level HVAC Project Managers to our team. We are a large mechanical contractor based in CA, and many of our employees have been with us for 20+ years.

    Responsibilities of Senior Plumbing Project Manager

  • Build/Strengthen our relationship with General Contractors and Owners
  • Manage one or multiple commercial HVAC projects
  • Meet with our on-site Superintendents, Foreman, Safety Managers, and Sub-Contractors
  • Coordinate schedule, budget, and change orders
  • Communicate with Detailers, Purchasing Department, Suppliers, and Engineers
  • Identify upcoming and future projects
