Solomon Edwards is looking for a Home Loan Specialist II for one of its mortgage clients to perform daily loan reviews to ensure the accuracy of loan findings. You will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.

• Perform complex data and document validation.
• Troubleshoot third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.).
• Handle more complex calls, emails, or chat sessions.
• Complete appraisal eligibility tasks.
• Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
• Demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred.
• General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local Regulations.

No travel will be required, unless at the client s discretion.

The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to, education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $20-24.
