Location: Providence St. Peter Hospital – Olympia, WA
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will assess patient-specific medications and clinical data to evaluate and monitor safety, efficacy, and pharmacoeconomic optimization. Your responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring clinical data, educating patients, and providing drug information to the healthcare team. You will collaborate with Clinical Pharmacy leadership on quality improvement projects and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy or a Pharm
D from an accredited School of Pharmacy. - Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.
Pay Range: $69.12 – $109.13 per hour (plus potential shift differentials, overtime, bonuses, etc.)
