Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree: PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy, Or
- Pharm
D: PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy. - Coursework/Training:
Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency, Or equivalent education/experience - Upon hire:
Washington Pharmacist License - Within 2 years of hire:
Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties - Upon hire:
Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License (Facility Managed) - when eligible and where applicable - 3 years - Pharmacy practice experience with at least 2 years of related experience in lieu of Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency.
