Get paid well and receive great benefits. Synergy Home Care is hiring Licensed Caregivers, CNA or HCA, in Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey, Shelton, Yelm, Dupont, and Centralia! Our Caregivers are appreciated, valued, and protected. Get paid a higher rate for weekend shifts.

You will keep our senior clients independent in their private homes by providing help with personal care, ADLs, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, transportation for appointments and shopping. You may assist with specialized care for clients with dementia, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, and other illnesses that can accompany aging. We will match you with interesting clients to maximize your experience and satisfaction.

• Enjoy serving seniors and helping them be independent in their home?
• Hold a CNA or HCA License, or be in a program or school to obtain one?
• Have a clean car, Washington State driver’s license, car insurance, and be willing to transport clients?
• Be vaccinated for COVID or willing to get vaccinated? Our vulnerable adult clients require it.

We have an opening for Professional Caregivers who can answer "yes" to the above questions. We will support you in getting further training and education as well.
