Mental Health Counselor Masters – Providence St. Peter Hospital, Olympia, WA
ResponsibilitiesThe Intensive Case Manager provides services to outpatient psychiatric clients. The role includes short‑term intensive care coordination with partner agencies, housing resources, and health care providers, as well as continued mental health stabilization and crisis intervention. The counselor works with the Community Care Center and home health team to identify and support vulnerable community members, and coordinates and conducts group psychotherapy.
The position involves clinical assessment of patients, brief psychotherapy, referral, care coordination, and transition planning, and may continue to support clients after transfer to adult case management services.
- Master's Degree in Mental Health counseling or equivalent.
- 2 years acute care or community‑based mental health work.
- Experience working with homeless services and/or substance use populations.

Pay range: $37.84 – $58.75 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, bonuses, and other incentives.
