We re looking for skilled chiropractors to join our team and help us in our mission to improve quality of life through routine and affordable chiropractic care.
As a chiropractor at The Joint, you ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of your patients. You ll work one-on-one with patients to develop treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals. You ll educate them on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and provide ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve optimal health and wellness.
All without having to worry about the nuances of running a business and fighting for insurance reimbursements. Instead, you can concentrate on the well-being of your patients.
We are currently offering a sign-on bonus of $5,000.
Responsibilities- Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.
- Evaluate patients neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine-related conditions.
- Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, to correct the musculoskeletal system where necessary.
- Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.
- Maintain accurate case histories of patients.
- Obtain and record patients medical histories, as indicated.
- Arrange for diagnostic x-rays to be taken, when medically necessary.
- Analyze X-rays to locate sources of difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems.
- Patient chiropractic care and education.
- Building positive doctor-patient relationships.
- Maintaining accurate and timely patient records.
- Sales of membership packages.
- 4 year bachelor s degree from an accredited college.
- A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
- Passing scores for Parts I, II, III, and IV from NCBE.
- A recent NBCE SPEC exam is an acceptable alternative for Part IV.
- Valid DC license in Washington State.
- Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in Washington State.
Job Types: Full-time or Part-time.
Salary: $40-$50/hour plus monthly bonus of $1-$3 per adjustment (if performance metrics are met for the month). Sign-on bonus of $5,000.
Expected hours: 30-40 per week.
