Part‑Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

Role DescriptionThis is a part‑time, on‑site role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L), based in Olympia and Tumwater, Washington. The Occupational Therapist will provide client‑centered, developmentally informed care to support children’s functional skills, regulation, participation in daily routines, and overall well‑being.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and develop individualized care plans for children from infancy through adolescence.
- Provide therapy sessions that support functional skills, regulation, and daily routines.
- Collaborate with families through education and parent coaching.
- Coordinate with other providers and document progress.
- Work in a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment that values flexibility, curiosity, and collaboration.
- Experience in pediatric occupational therapy and/or early intervention.
- Ability to support children with diverse developmental profiles and functional needs.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience partnering with families in a supportive, respectful, and strengths‑based manner.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR L) in the state of Washington.
- Familiarity with neurodiversity affirming and strengths‑based approaches preferred.
- Interest in collaborative care, parent coaching, and holistic support for children.
