Part‑Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

Whole Child Therapy Services provides neurodiversity affirming, strengths based care that supports children and their families throughout every stage of development. Our collaborative team of therapists delivers relationship centered services, including speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, feeding therapy, and parent support. We focus on building meaningful connections, supporting participation in daily activities, and offering gentle, respectful approaches to help children thrive.

Our mission is to honor each child’s unique needs, preferences, and pace while partnering closely with families to support development across home, school, and community settings.

This is a part‑time, on‑site role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L), based in Olympia and Tumwater, Washington. The Occupational Therapist will provide client‑centered, developmentally informed care to support children’s functional skills, regulation, participation in daily routines, and overall well‑being.

• Evaluate and develop individualized care plans for children from infancy through adolescence.
• Provide therapy sessions that support functional skills, regulation, and daily routines.
• Collaborate with families through education and parent coaching.
• Coordinate with other providers and document progress.

• Experience in pediatric occupational therapy and/or early intervention.
• Ability to support children with diverse developmental profiles and functional needs.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience partnering with families in a supportive, respectful, and strengths‑based manner.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR L) in the state of Washington.
• Familiarity with neurodiversity affirming and strengths‑based approaches preferred.
• Interest in collaborative care, parent coaching, and holistic support for children.
