Description
The Senior Clinical Pharmacist will collaborate with physicians and staff to provide coordinated, comprehensive, high quality care to patients.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree: PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy.

D: PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy. - Coursework/Training:
Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency, or equivalent education/experience. - Upon hire:
Washington Pharmacist License. - Within 2 years of hire:
Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties. - Upon hire:
Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License (Facility Managed) – when eligible and where applicable. - 3 years Pharmacy practice experience with at least 2 years of related experience in lieu of PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency.
