• Serve as an internal expert for the assigned program, optimizing processes and demonstrating value to cross‑functional partners
• Develop relationships with payer personnel to advance both transactional and strategic initiatives
• Lead cross‑functional program execution, collaborating with stakeholders to gather feedback and build consensus
• Communicate goals and objectives of the assigned payer program to internal departments
• Educate internal partners on the evolution of payer practices for pricing, reimbursement, and claims processing

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Strong background in reimbursement operations and fluency in insurance and medical terminology
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities

• Experience in executing strategies to improve results within a large organization
• Knowledge of reimbursement and appeals processes
• Highly developed organizational and planning skills
• Proven track record of delivering results through collaboration
