Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support Technology and Product hiring teams. The recruiter will emphasize sourcing, resume evaluation, and quick pre‑screens for high‑priority full‑time technical roles while using Workday ATS. This role suits a recruiter who manages a fast‑paced pipeline, owns the top of the funnel, and engages and qualifies technical talent efficiently.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $35.00 to $38.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Manage a requisition load focused on approximately 18 high‑priority Technology and Product roles within a larger environment of 40+ requisitions.
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels to identify qualified technical candidates.
• Conduct quick, structured pre‑screen interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and alignment to role requirements.
• Review and evaluate resumes for technical fit and communicate recommendations to hiring teams.
• Administer and coordinate the Cultural Index as part of screening.
• Maintain candidate activity and status updates within Workday ATS.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely movement and communication throughout the recruiting process.
• Support basic administrative tasks related to contractor hiring as needed.

Experience Requirements:

• 3–5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally focused on Technology and Product roles.
• Proven success sourcing and engaging technical talent in competitive markets.
• Experience conducting efficient and structured pre‑screening conversations.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday ATS.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers.
• Preferred:
  Experience supporting both full‑time and contractor hiring processes.
• Preferred:
  Familiarity with behavioral assessments such as the Cultural Index.
• Preferred:
  Experience working in a high‑volume or rapid‑growth environment.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
