ODM Developer

We are looking for an experienced ODM Developer to design, implement, and optimize business rules and decision tables using IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM).

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in integrating rule engines within enterprise applications and ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance across multiple environments.

• Develop, deploy, and manage business rules, decision tables, and rule flows using IBM ODM.
• Integrate rule engines within Java-based enterprise applications leveraging Spring, REST APIs, and modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and developers to align business rules with organizational policies and technical architectures.
• Test, debug, and tune rule executions across multiple environments for optimal performance.
• Implement best practices for decision modeling (DMN) and rule authoring to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Utilize tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins for version control, build automation, and CI/CD processes.

• 8+ years of experience in developing, deploying, and managing business rules and decision flows.
• Proven expertise in IBM ODM implementation and optimization.
• Advanced experience integrating rule engines within Java-based enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of decision modeling (DMN) and rule authoring best practices.
• Skilled in testing, debugging, and tuning rule executions.
• Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, or similar tools for CI/CD.

• Prior experience supporting State Medicaid/Eligibility projects (preferred but not mandatory).
