We’re looking for a versatile and hands‑on Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead customer engagement efforts across email, social media, and web content. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is an expert in Hub Spot, and can craft and deploy compelling content tailored to multiple audience segments (B2C, B2G, B2B).
Responsibilities- Own the end‑to‑end email marketing strategy and execution using Hub Spot.
- Build and launch automated and ad‑hoc campaigns tailored to each stage of the customer lifecycle.
- Partner with creative and content team members to ensure messaging is compelling, consistent, and on‑brand.
- Build and optimize emails, workflows, forms, and campaigns.
- Segment audiences and personalize communications based on behavior and lifecycle stage.
- Monitor performance and iterate based on analytics and A/B testing.
- Define success metrics and implement experimentation strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Oversee technical execution of lifecycle campaigns and contribute to platform optimization.
- Partner with campaign marketing managers to manage and grow presence across Linked In, Facebook, and You Tube for three audiences.
- Schedule content tailored to each platform and audience.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategy to improve reach and engagement.
- Maintain and update the content calendar across email, social, blog, and podcast channels.
- Post and optimize blog content on the website, ensuring alignment with SEO and brand voice.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
- Work closely with Product, Brand, Growth Marketing, and Data Science teams to align lifecycle marketing initiatives with strategic business goals.
- Leverage consumer behavior insights and user research to inform campaign development and reduce churn.
- Familiarity with cross‑channel lifecycle marketing.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and web publishing best practices.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across teams and audiences.
- 3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or email marketing.
- Expert‑level proficiency in Hub Spot (emails, workflows, forms, segmentation, reporting).
- Strong writing skills with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and channels.
- Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Passion for customer experience and data‑driven marketing.
- Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to drive decisions.
