The Role

Eliassen Group is seeking a Data Warehouse Architect & AI Analytics Lead to join our high-performing team. This is a strategic, hands‑on role focused on evolving our data infrastructure and enabling predictive, AI‑driven analytics. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data warehousing, cloud‑based solutions, and machine learning, and will collaborate across business and technical teams to deliver scalable, impactful data solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of extensions to a Data Vault 2.0‑modeled data warehouse.
  • Architect and pilot predictive analytics initiatives, including machine learning and LLM‑based solutions.
  • Design and implement Star and Snowflake schemas to support BI reporting.
  • Maintain and enhance automated data loading routines.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine data requirements.
  • Develop and maintain cloud‑based data solutions.
  • Apply best practices in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in data warehouse design and implementation.
  • 3+ years of experience with Data Vault 2.0 modeling, ETL/ELT, Snowflake and DBT.
  • 7+ years of experience with Star and Snowflake schema design.
  • Excellent SQL and Python skills with 5+ years of experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with DBT (data build tool).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business users.
  • 10+ years of experience with cloud‑based data solutions.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Vault Speed and Power

    BI.
  • Familiarity with staffing industry operations and Salesforce platform.
  • Experience building machine learning and/or LLM‑based predictive analytics solutions.

Base salary: $140,000 - $150,000

This position includes additional variable compensation in the form of an annual/quarterly bonus opportunity.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans, some with an Employer HSA contribution), dental, vision, pre‑tax accounts, other voluntary benefits, basic life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO consisting of 10 holidays, 5 sick days (or more if required by law in the state/locality where you work), 15+ days of vacation (based on tenure), bereavement leave, and 6‑8 weeks paid maternity/disability leave and 2‑4 weeks paid parental leave (based on tenure).
