We are seeking a security-minded, detail-oriented, and versatile Network Systems Analyst to join our Network Services team. This position is ideal for candidates who balance strong technical networking skills with practical cybersecurity experience—particularly implementing CIS Controls
, writing clear technical documentation, and supporting cross-functional infrastructure needs.

Our Network Services group manages datacenter and server administration, wide and local area networking, systems architecture, backups, video surveillance, access control, and remote site connectivity, alongside close collaboration with Cybersecurity, Client Services, Web Services, and Data Services teams. This role helps sustain and continuously improve the agency’s security posture, operational reliability, and technical maturity.

• Responsible for installing, configuring, upgrading, troubleshooting, and maintaining agency network infrastructure, including Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, and other necessary networking components.
• Implement and maintain CIS Controls and secure configuration standards across network and server environments.
• Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including virtualization, cloud-hosted services, and on-premises hardware to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Manage and support server infrastructure accross VMware, Dell/EMC storage, virtualized environments, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP environments and backup systems. This includes user access, security policies, cloud-based infrastructure, and application integrations to ensure seamless functionality, compliance, and performance.
