Description

This is a project position funded through June 30th, 2027.

The HCMACS Program Manager is in a unique position to innovate, lead, manage, and evolve the multi-agency HCMACS Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure a successful HCMACS Enterprise EHR implementation and ongoing sustainment. To date HCMACS Program has established the structure and culture for a multi-agency PMO and broader implementation team. This structure needs to be scaled and further operationalized, providing the opportunity for you to add your own touch.

The program is beginning to transition from pre-implementation readiness activities into implementation activities and will be sustained through maintenance and operations.

All HCA employees will apply an equity lens to their work, which may include but is not limited to all analyses of core business and processes.

About The Division

The Health Care Management and Coordination System (HCMACS) Enterprise electronic health record (EHR) Program focuses on improving care coordination and case management for Washingtonians through collaboration, shared technology, shared data, and innovative approaches across multiple state agencies and care settings. The Program’s Enterprise Program Manager is an essential role to fulfilling HCMACS’s mission and vision. HCMACS Program culture is energetic, action-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven.

This position will contribute to efforts, assignments, and program culture.
