With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business‑critical data that is trapped inside of documents. What you'll do

At Docusign, as we lead the Intelligent Agreement Category, we are seeking an experienced Senior Counsel, Product & Partnership Transactions. This isn't your typical in‑house role; it requires a skilled attorney who can craft innovative legal solutions at the intersection of emerging technology and innovation. This role is pivotal in shaping our partnership strategies, focusing on complex integrations with resellers, Systems Integrators (SIs), and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).

You are a self‑starter with strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills, capable of driving complex enterprise transactions.

This role requires a strategic, tech‑savvy partner who can maintain a big‑picture view while digging deep into the details to ensure alignment between business objectives and legal structure. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Deputy General Counsel for Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and IP.

Responsibilities
  • Drive, draft, and negotiate complex global technical agreements, including partnership agreements, platform integration agreements, identity‑related integrations, key tech vendor transactions, ISV/OEM, and reseller agreements.
  • Work cross‑functionally to define and develop global partner and channel programs which includes creating and maintaining related corporate policies, procedures, legal templates, and training materials.
  • Act as a critical liaison, effectively connecting the dots between partnership teams, product/engineering, and other legal subject matter experts (e.g., privacy, regulatory, IP).
  • Assist in supporting the innovation and integration of AI technology into Docusign’s platform to deliver enhanced solutions.
