Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic

Location:

Madison, WI campus – relocation required.
Full-time, legal function.

• Manage complex litigation and counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other risk areas.
• Draft motions, briefs, conduct depositions, oral arguments, negotiate settlements, and try cases.
• Represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings, including multi‑million dollar disputes.
• Forge vendor relationships and ensure compliance with U.S. and foreign legal frameworks.
• Provide proactive risk mitigation counseling to support growth and global market expansion.

• JD with extensive litigation experience and a strong academic and professional background.
• Expertise in risk mitigation, motions, depositions, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and trial practice.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Excellent communication, writing, analytic skills and a creative, detail‑focused mindset.
