Position Overview
  • Schedule – Monday 9:00 am‑6:00 pm;
    Tuesday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm. Flexibility to work additional hours may be required.
  • On‑Site Requirement:
    Physical presence at the job location during scheduled hours. Reliable commute or relocation before starting work is required. Current residents of the property are not considered.
  • Property: 141‑unit senior tax‑credit community built in 2015.
Compensation Package
  • Salary range: $80,200 – $82,000 per year*
  • Bonus incentives:
    Monthly leasing bonuses & quarterly bonuses.
  • Moving expense reimbursement up to $2,500 for out‑of‑state applicants willing to relocate.

  • Paid sick leave: 1.33 hours per 30 hours worked (≈11 days/year).

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years’ experience at an affordable or tax credit multifamily community in the last 10 years.
  • 2+ years managing an affordable or tax credit multifamily community, including team oversight and property operations.
  • Experience managing at least 100 units.
  • Proficiency with Federal Fair Housing Laws, landlord‑tenant laws, and ADA laws.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Onesite and/or Knock experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma/GED required;
    Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient communication and teamwork skills.
  • Positive outlook and collaborative approach.
  • Fluent in English with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Your Role
  • Conduct daily property walks for curb appeal and policy adherence.
  • Approve and maintain timecards for office and maintenance staff.
  • Maintain high occupancy rates and focus on resident retention.
  • Handle sales and marketing ventures and promote the company and property.
  • Track and handle revenue and expenses.
  • Prepare and maintain reports for upper management.
  • Collect rent dues timely.
  • Manage contract obligations.
  • Coordinate move‑in/move‑out related items and documents.
  • Train, develop, and manage team members per company policies.
  • Oversee contractors or vendors and ensure work meets quality standards.
  • Foster a positive work environment with team, residents, and vendors.
