Georgia‑Pacific is hiring Production Associates for our Corrugated facility in Olympia, WA. These entry‑level hourly positions support production by safely operating corrugated production equipment while maintaining a strict adherence to safety rules and regulations. Production Associates work in a hot, humid, and noisy environment and work any shift—including holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.

$1,500 retention bonus ($500 after 90 days, $1,000 after 180 days)

• $25.17 per hour
• 2nd Shift Differential = $0.50
• 3rd Shift Differential = $0.60

Only candidates who are flexible and available to work any shift will be considered. This will include overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (starts Sunday night)
• Overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Support production by safely operating and maintaining corrugated production equipment, monitor production metrics, and ensure adherence to safety standards.

• Experience in at least one of manufacturing, agriculture, warehouse, military, or secondary education in manufacturing/industrial.

• Experience working in the corrugated packaging industry
• Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device
