This position is in the training program. The successful candidate will be required to complete a 6,000-hour training program to be fully qualified as a Maintainer. Extensive on-the-job-training (OJT) will be provided.
** SALARY:
** Starting Wage $38.64/hr - progressing every 2,000 training hours up to 6,000 training hours at $40.21/hr as a fully trained Maintainer.
** BENEFITS:

** PRIMARY FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
** This Maintainer Trainee position will be responsible for setting up, adjust, repair, overhaul, perform PM's (preventive maintenances), ESEs (quality adjustment checks), and evaluate seamless can line equipment as required to maintain standard quality and quantity production.
* Has primary responsibility for safe mechanical performance of line and standard production output
* Disassemble, replace, reassemble, inspect, and maintain assigned machinery and equipment as required
* Measure and record all can dimensions against specifications
* Maintain records of production, quality and other related records as directed
* Troubleshoot mechanical issues; perform mechanical repairs and maintenance for production equipment
