You will supervise staff, coordinate with Plant Management to meet goals, ensure safety and quality standards, and maintain strong cross-functional communication to resolve issues promptly.
With a Bachelor’s in Business or 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, you will drive continuous improvement while upholding Empire’s safety culture.
