This is an Ameri Corps/Washington Service Corps national service position. It is contingent on funding and open until filled. Garden-Raised Bounty (GRuB) grows healthy food, people, and community on our 3-acre farm in Olympia, WA. With roots in the land, we provide opportunities for people to learn lead and thrive. The member will grow community connections through leading the coordination and engagement of volunteers and groups on the GRuB farm.
They will also support other aspects of our programming and write for our communications platforms. We expect to begin rolling review of applications and interviews immediately. Monthly stipend amount: $1,942.
- Support GRuB’s mission through growing opportunities for community connection.
- Lead volunteers and groups for farm visits.
- Connect volunteers with the youth on the GRuB farm.
- Lead workshops for free home garden recipients.
- Share stories of connection through GRuB’s e-news and social media.
