We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate home pediatric infusion nurses to join our team. The primary location for this position will be in Olympia, Washington, with the requirement to travel up to one to two hours outside of Olympia to serve our clients.

Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, practicing within the scope of the registered nurse practice act
- Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process
- Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family
- Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process
- Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld
- Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient's condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician
- Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures
- Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices
- CRNI (Certified Registered Nurse Infusion) or IgCN (Immunoglobulin Certified Nurse) certification preferred
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required
- Minimum of 1 year of recent home health RN experience preferred
- Healthcare provider CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Washington state Driver's license with proof of insurability
