Puget Sound Care is hiring licensed nurses (LPNs and RNs) for evening and night shifts in our 4-Star skilled nursing facility located in West Olympia. We pride ourselves on the quality care we provide our residents and camaraderie of our staff. We provide both Long-Term Care and Short-Term Acute Care. We are a very family‑friendly company and work around a lot of varying life schedules.

LPNs start at $36/hr, and RN's start at $44/hr these are always negotiable and based on years of experience. We also provide very reasonable shift differentials! We offer health/vision/dental/life/401k benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

• Ensure assigned residents receive their medications and treatments as ordered in their respective care plans
• Directs NACs to ensure completion of assigned tasks
• Follows center's policies and policies related to infection control and safety
• Ensures timely completion of all charting is done in PCC daily before end of shift
• Completion of all assigned assessments as ordered from RCM and/or DNS

• Current active LPN or RN state licensure without enforcement action
• Ability to speak, understand, read and write English proficiently
• Ability to furnish a minimum of two favorable professional references
