- Manage day‑to‑day healthcare operations to meet residents’ needs.
- Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity, adjusting care as needs change.
- Maintain consistent quality resident care across shifts, stepping into caregiver or med‑tech roles if needed.
- Supervise licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA’s, and caregivers; provide ongoing training and education.
- Manage medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision; conduct periodic skill inventories and audits.
- Share on‑call duties as required.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- State nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
- Veterans, transitioning active‑duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
- Brookdale offers $725 (plus applicable taxes) to qualified associates for naturalization (Form N‑400) fees.
