Join Regency Pacific Management as a Charge Nurse RN covering weekend shifts at Regency Olympia, a family‑vibe, 28‑bed skilled nursing facility in Olympia, WA. This is a part‑time position with the opportunity to transition to full time and includes a weekend shift differential.

• Provide weekend supervision and support to the floor nurse and NAC staff to ensure safe, quality resident care.
• Assist with care planning; conduct incident investigations, care audits, resident assessment, and collaboration with other care partners.
• Assist residents with medication administration, instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), ambient orientation, and other care activities while encouraging self‑care and independence.
• Train staff and assist the director of nursing in maintaining high standards of nursing services.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home‑like environment for residents.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety procedures and follow state regulations.
• Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine appropriate medical measures within scope of practice and regulations.

• Current registered nurse license in good standing.
• Typical candidates have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in healthcare; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
