Base pay range
$50,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Work closely with sales agents to support clients in their home search
- Provide detailed written feedback to help clients fine-tune their property preferences
- Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
- Commit a minimum of 10 hours weekly to lead generation efforts
- Participate in weekly script practice following team protocols
- Engage actively in team events and activities as per team standards
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Log all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology tools

Qualifications:
high school diploma - Licensed Real Estate Agent: valid real estate license
