As an Applebee’s Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, making fantastic drinks that support our servers and enhance the customer experience. • Mix and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Maintain a friendly, professional rapport with staff and guests.
• Ensure drinks meet established quality standards.
• Assist servers in delivering a great bar experience.
• Follow health and safety standards, including proper sanitation and use of protective gear.

• Must be at least 21 years old (per state law).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others.
• Committed to making a positive impact in the team and customer service environment.

Applebee’s® Bartenders start at minimum wage up to $16.28
/hour, with tips and Daily Pay options (Daily Pay not available in California). Additional benefits include healthcare, meal discounts, flexible schedule, paid sick leave, and a clear career path.

Ability to remain stationary and exhibit well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours per shift. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds, transport plates, glasses and baskets to and from dining room, service bar and kitchen about thirty times per shift, speak clearly and listen attentively, wear protective hand coverings throughout the shift, use disinfectant cleaning supplies, wear protective face coverings/masks, and wash hands regularly with disinfecting soap.
