Job Description Pay Rate: $17.13-$17.20 per hour Hours Vary 6:30am-6:30pm 7 days a week.

Job Summary:

The Server is responsible for making the residents’ dining experience pleasant and positive by providing the highest-quality dining service that considers resident preferences and exceptional customer service, while maintaining dining areas, seating residents, and serving meals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving appetizing and visually appealing meals to residents, family members, and guests in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.

Uphold a high standard of table etiquette by serving from the left, clearing dishes between courses, and resetting tables for subsequent service to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Engage with residents in a friendly and courteous manner, assisting with their meal and menu selections, and attending to their dining needs, as necessary or requested.

Review and adhere to residents' dietary needs, restrictions, and preferences as outlined by the Supervisor and in their care plan.

Track resident meal attendance and communicate with the designated team members in a timely manner for a safety check on absent residents.

Create a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring all residents are properly and promptly greeted and seated, with special attention given to integrating new residents.

Deliver meals to and retrieve trays from residents’ rooms after meal service, as required, for those who opt for room service.
