Compensation: Hourly Base Pay + Commission & Bonuses

Our Business Development Representatives represent top-tier brands through direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns. They will interact with customers face-to-face, acquiring new customers for our clients in a retail setting. We are looking for people who want to bring their skills into a sales-forward environment

• Represent top-tier brands through direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns
• Engage with customers at promotional events, ensuring high-quality service
• Lead by example in daily sales activities and customer interactions
• Begin mentoring and supporting junior teammates as you grow in the role
• Track KPIs and performance metrics to meet or exceed sales goals
• Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to campaign execution
