Yes, we sell insurance, yet we offer so much more. I am a State Farm Insurance Agent located in Olympia WA and I'm looking for someone who is interested in joining my Team on this mission.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:
- Simple IRA
- Hourly pay, commission guarantee plus opportunity to earn unlimited commissions

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to schedule quoting appointments
- Utilize agency processes to have productive, educational quoting conversations
- Desire to have positive, value‑based conversations with people
- Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based process to educate customers about insurance options
Be willing to do work hard every day on our mission of protecting people.
Compensation: $40,000 plus commission guarantee and opportunity to earn unlimited commission
. Includes medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan. If you are already licensed and have experience, compensation will be higher.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Compensation range: $41,000 to $60,000 per year.
