Cash America Pawn is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The role involves greeting customers, handling sales and pawn transactions, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced pawn store setting.
Earn between $17.13 and $18.22 per hour with an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction, including up to 8% on transactions on top of hourly wages. Reports to Store Manager and supports both lending and retail operations.
