Mobile HVAC Engineer

Our client, a leader in facility management, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Engineer, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Engineer

Location: Olympia, WA

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Travel between multiple facilities, ensuring proper function and compliance with standards.
• Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance and inventory control.
• Monitor and record equipment performance, making necessary adjustments for efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workplace.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification.
• Valid driver's license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
