This leadership role is responsible for the daily operations of staff and programming. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for Outdoor Education. As a key member of our leadership team, this person will ensure the quality and safety of all programs, provide direct coaching and mentorship to staff, and act as a host for special groups and clients.

This role also involves managing day-to-day staff issues, coordinating training, planning staff events, and overseeing the on-site residence.

• Create a positive and uplifting environment for all staff
• Build relationships with all clients and communicate clearly with them
• Staff Management
• Assist with initial and on-going staff training & coordinate with area-heads

• Current Standard First Aid with CPR-C
• Clean Police Record Check

• Ability to lead a team
• Ability to work long hours
• Experience working with youth in a camp setting

• National Lifeguard
• Pleasure Craft Operator Craft
• Experience working with ropes & challenge course
• G License and a clean driving record
• ORCKA or Paddle Canada Certifications
• Experience with Google Workspace
