Overview

As a CDL Driver
, you’ll receive competitive pay, weekends off, home daily, and no touch freight.

Hourly Pay: $27.50/hr

Shift(s): 1st Shift Monday – Friday 5:00 am – 3:00 pm

Location: 2750 Hogum Bay Rd NE, Lacey, WA 98516

Full‑time.

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook.
• Deliver and pick up trailers within 300 miles of Lacey, WA, making about 4–5 routes per shift.
• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for 10–12 hour shifts.

• 1‑year CDL‑A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT‑approved physician.
• No record of being disqualified to drive.
• Successful completion of a DOT road test.
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years (higher scores will be reviewed).
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over‑the‑Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer are preferred.

• Ability to work in extreme conditions including heat, cold, and air particulates.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and sit in a vehicle cab for entire shifts of varying lengths.
• The noise level in the work environment depends on location.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes).
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
